Brewing Guide
We recommend using purple clay or porcelain tea ware.Use about 6 grams of tea leaves (4-6 teaspoons) for every 400ml of water.Steep tea leaves in hot water at 100°c (212°F).The higher the temperature of water,the better the taste is.
